Route ezdrummer midi3/17/2024 You route the outputs as already discussed. You add the EZD2 synth, either as a simple instrument track or with all the outputs. I'm about to bang my head against the wall and since I'm on blood thinner, that wouldn't be a good thing. Why am I not getting the same results as you? I would appreciate somebody give me a step-by-step, if possible. Why is this so difficult? Is it just me? Am I an idiot? You all have the SAME setup as me (Sonar and EZD 2). Just for a test, if I go into the same audio input and select my Focusrite interface, the RECORD button shows up again. When I push the waveform button and run push play, a waveform (in yellow) shows up on the track, but I can't do anything with it because if I push the waveform button again, the waveform goes away! If I try to save it, it doesn't come back when I re open it. When I go to the audio channels input and select the corrusponding output for the channel in EZD (ex audio input 1 to EZD output 1 (for Kick drum) all of a sudden, the RECORD BUTTON for that Sonar audio channel disappears, as does the Echo button, which is replaced by a button that resembles a wave form. Then in Sonar I inserted an audio track for each instrument. Then I went to EZD mixer and pulled down the drop down for each channel and assigned them out to different channels (ex. I started an EZD and brought in a pattern. So, why is NOTHING working for me here?! I've taken every suggestion and no success.
